The members of The Stewart Team:
Paul Stewart, is the head of our team. Paul has been a licensed Realtor since 1985 and he is the motivating and driving force behind the whole team. Paul's primary job is listing your property; but he list's, shows, sells and whatever else needs to be done to get your home sold. He has trained each of us. He also has the nice British accent!
Leah Rivas is the Listing Coordinator and the Marketing Coordinator. Leah is not a licensed Realtor, but she handles all the paperwork. She prepares your file and handles the internet work. She also prepares flyers and maintains contact with you. Leah places and follows the ads for all the homes we have listed. She follows the leads that come from the internet and other sources. She tracks these leads to show us what is effective for marketing your home. By tracking the leads we are able to change something that isn't working. If you have questions about your ads in the magazines, please call Leah at (770)874-1104 as she knows exactly when and where the ads were placed.
Brooks Dove is the Buyer's Agent on the team. He is a full time agent and brings a wonderful burst of energy into our team. He is a Licensed Realtor and a computer whiz. His primary job is to show property but he also helps with the listings and phones as well. He is just a genuinely nice and friendly guy.
Noelle Stewart is the BPO/REO Coordinator; she is also a full time Agent and works as a Buyers Agent. She also works on our team as a Trustee and Foreclosure specialist. Noelle has a great attitude and is dedicated to her clients. She also does many odds and ends jobs on the team. She is a great asset to the group and looks forward to working with you.
Marta Stewart is Paul's wife, and she is also the Closing Coordinator. She has also been a licensed Realtor since 1985. Marta worked part time with Paul until she retired from Delta Air Lines in 2001 and now works full time with the Team. When your listing goes 'under contract' she is the person who gets the contracts once they have been negotiated and executed. This includes turning in the contract to RE/MAX Westside with the earnest money. Marta reads the contract and orders all the required certificates and special requirements. She is your first contact regarding any issues or concerns that you may have. She will also be with you on your Celebration Day to make absolutely certain that you get all the money you agreed to and that everything goes smoothly.
We would also like for you to know that our Broker's name is Steve Adams. He has twice won the "Broker-Owner of the Year" award. There are (at this time!) over 60 individually owned and operated RE/MAX franchises in Metro Atlanta alone, and of course, many other RE/MAX franchises throughout the state. To be recognized twice for this outstanding achievement is extraordinary.
